What are the Shipping Charges?
Depending on your location and providing stock is available as displayed on our website, we aim to deliver orders within the time-scales shown in the table below by Royal Mail:

Can I return an item?
To return an item for a full refund please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will be issued a refund once we receive the item back. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your return package. Shipping of returns will be payable by you unless the item is faulty or damaged. We will refund the shipping cost once we have received the item and inspected it.

Can I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange any product, please place a new order and return the item that you no longer require. A refund will be processed once we receive the item.
Can I return earrings?
Pierced Earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please inform us by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will endeavour or replace or repair the item as soon as possible. If the item comes with a warranty, such as a watch, we will send them back to the Manufacturer for repair.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Ordering via telephone is simple. Simply call (0044) 0131 229 6767 (UK) and one of our helpful sales advisors will be happy to take your order – it really is as easy as that. You can either send a cheque as payment or we can issue you with a PayPal invoice. As soon as payment is received we will dispatch your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Please be aware that we aim to process your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellations can only be made on the day the order was placed. For any enquiries regarding cancellations, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find an overview of all my orders?
You will receive your order details by email after placing your order and the terms and regulations with a shipping confirmation email. In addition, you can view your order and returns details within your “My Account” area.
How can I redeem a Discount Offer?
If you have received a discount offer code, you can redeem it conveniently as part of the “Payment” step of the order process. Enter the relevant code in the field provided. If the offer entitles you to a discount, the amount will be deducted directly from the total sum of your order. If your offer entitles you to receive an exclusive gift, this will be added to your order free of charge. Please take note of the Terms and Conditions of Redemption/Validity of discount offer. Generally, discount vouchers may only be redeemed once and cannot be combined. Discount Vouchers will have a validity date and must be redeemed before they expire after which they will become void.
How can I redeem a Gift Voucher?
At OceanJ, redeeming a Gift Voucher couldn’t be simpler. Open the email you received with the gift voucher code and click on the gift voucher code number. This will take you to our website and automatically add the voucher discount amount to your shopping cart. Continue to shop as normal on the site and you’ll see your gift voucher amount deducted from your total when you check out.
You can also copy and paste the voucher number into the coupon box when you check out.
Please note that any remaining monies left unused in your order will be left in your account for you to spend next time you shop with us. For example, if you receive and use a £25 gift voucher but your order only comes to £20, the remaining £5 is held safely in your OceanJ account and will be available as store credit next time you shop.
All OceanJ gift vouchers have an expiry date 6 months from the date they were purchased. They must be spent in full within that time – after that they will not have any value against any sale on our website and any remaining balance held on account will be forfeit.

The best time to measure your ring size is at the end of the day, make sure your hands are not too cold.
Wrap a piece of string around the base of the finger, making sure you can slide the string over your knuckle.
Next mark the point where the string overlaps with a pen.
Making sure you measure from the correct end, measure in mm the length from the start of the string to the mark that you made.
Now for the easy part – compare this length with the chart below for your ring size – please order the next largest size if your ring falls between sizes.
What if I order the wrong size of Ring?
If you order the wrong size, just return it back to us using our returns policy. If we have the size, you require in stock we will post this out to you once your return has been processed.
